Images from the Id

They eat their own

From the beginning of the Iraq War, my skin crawled to listen to the pundits on the air waves,
and the people from the White House. In my gut I knew they were taking us down a dark path.
So, I did this in an evening, after we accomplished what ever
Bush thought we accomplished on that war ship.

I put Condi Rice as the main focus of this montage, with Bush as a minor player beating
his itty bitty bat wings in glee.... I thought of her as a willing accomplice, desperate for
attention and the lime light.... Now I see her, as I see so many who su
pport this Administration,
as soiled with a 'funk' they cannot wash off and so continue to march to their personal and
professional deaths. The nasally voice of Cheny, directing the acts of inhumanity from some
dark corner, has no body no soul. Collin Powel I saw as a puppet. I had so much respect for him.
I hoped he would stand up for the American People. I was disappointed in his speech about the 'tubes'
(which I heard while on the freeway) it was wrong.

Goya is my inspiration artist here. His work frightens me but lingers in my mind. His black
paintings tell the story of humanity at its most terrible. It was Saturn who ate is children.

The Abdication of GW Bush

\

I found the
print
of the original painting by
Paul Delaroche very revealing.... so, I altered the image - just a bit.

Bush's Rertreat from Iraq....

.....leaving the our troups and the American people to make it back home on our own.

Napoleon left his "Favorite" Guard to die of starvation and hypothermia.

This is the original painting by
